Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a Federal Community Services Work-Study Program Agreement with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for eligible students to contribute to community services initiatives coordinated through the Department of City Planning; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof not to exceed $15,300.00 over the three years, subject to appropriation.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a three-year Community Services
Work-Study Program Agreement with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for eligible students to contribute to community services initiatives coordinated through the Department of City Planning; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof not to exceed $15,300.00 over the three years, subject to appropriation.
Said agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such terms and conditions as said Solicitor may require. The total amount shall not exceed Fifteen Thousand, Three Hundred Dollars ($15,300.00) chargeable to and payable from Account Code: 11101.11000.51.51101, Item # 5221.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds as follows, contingent upon the appropriation of funds in future budget years:
