Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor, the Director of the Department of Public Works, and the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Toole Design Group for the provision of a programmatic assessment of City-owned steps in the public right-of-way for a sum not to exceed Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixteen Dollars and Zero Cents ($99,916.00) for the payment of the costs thereof. This cost includes community outreach and data collection, design and material guidelines, and a maintenance and investment plan.

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
