Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) in favor Lili Josephson and her attorneys Balzarini & Watson, Grant Building, Suite 3303, 310 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, fully releasing the City from all claims and liability for alleged personal injuries as described in a lawsuit filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at G.D. 15-002137 and charging same to  11101.58.58105.108000.2017; Item Number 582200.
