Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Commission on Human Relations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional service Agreement/Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, chargeable and payable from the following accounts:

$25,000.00 from 105000.53.53901.00, Item Number 1156
