Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. As provided by the Pittsburgh City Code, Chapter 549, entitled "Residential Parking Permit Program," a parking management plan is adopted as follows:

For the Area bounded by: S. 10th Street, from Sarah Street to Freyburg Street; S. 11th Street, from East Carson Street to Mary Ann Street; S. 12th Street, from East Carson Street to Breed Street; S. 13th Street, from East Carson Street to Breed Street; S. 14th Street, from East Carson Street to Sarah Street; S. 15th Street, from East Carson Street and its terminus; S. 16th Street, from East Carson Street to Sarah Street; Sarah Street, from S. 10th Street to S. 17th Street; Roland Way, from S. 12th Street to S. 13th Street; Roland Street, from S. 15th Street to S. 17th Street; Freyburg Street, from 10th Street to 12th Street; Bradish Street, from S. 10th Street to S. 12th Street; Mary Ann Street, from S. 11th Street to S. 12th Street; Breed Street, from S. 12th Street to S. 15th Street; Enon Way, from Sarah Street to Breed Street; and Uxor Way, from Sarah Street to Breed Street.

That motorized vehicle parking shall be restricted to a two (2) hour time limit between the hours of 12:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday except where existing parking restrictions may exist and vehicles displaying a valid Area "CC" residential permit or visitor's pass; and that residential parking permits be sold only to legal residents or a person who owns or leases commercial property and is actively engaged in a business on property fronting or abutting the above mentioned streets; and that visitor's pass usage shall be limited to no more than three consecutive weekdays on the same vehicle.
