Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Tax Collection Committee to pay the City’s share of the 2017 expenses of operating the Allegheny County Central Tax Collection District related to tax collection. Said agreement shall not exceed Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Two Dollars and Sixty Cent. ($9,922.60), chargeable to and payable from Department of Finance, Miscellaneous Services, Account 107000.53101, Fund 11101,  Budget Year 2017.
