Section 1 of Resolution No. 816, effective January 1, 2016, as amended, which presently reads as per Attachment 1,

Is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.

Section 2.                     In all other respects, Resolution No. 816, effective, January 1, 2016, as amended, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
