Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority and AquaLaw PLC, to provide assistance with regional wet weather plans, a federal consent decree and related environmental matters at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Twenty Dollars and No Cents ($120,000.00), to be divided as follows: Sixty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($60,000.00) is to be paid by the City of Pittsburgh and Sixty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($60,000.00) is to be paid by the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority.
