Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Hitachi Data Systems in the amount of $195,000 in payment for the annual maintenance agreement and performance of tasks relating to the City’s public security camera network, used by the Department of Innovation and Performance, chargeable to and payable from the Department of Innovation and Performance account 11101.53.53509.103000, Item #1199.
