Title
Ordinance supplementing the Pittsburgh Code, Title One: Administrative Article IX: Boards, Commissions and Authorities, by adding Chapter 179F entitled titled "Advisory Board on Bike Lane Bicycle Infrastructure," in order to address the current trend of increasing bike bicycle lanes.

Body
The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. The Pittsburgh Code, Title One: Administrative, Article IX: Boards, Commissions and Authorities, is hereby supplemented by adding Chapter 179F entitled titled Advisory Board on Bike Lane Bicycle Infrastructure, as follows:
CHAPTER 179F. ADVISORY BOARD ON BIKE LANE BICYCLE INFRASTRUCTURE
? 179F.01 - PURPOSE
The Advisory Board on Bike Lane Bicycle Infrastructure is hereby established to draft policies and procedures for installing bike lane bicycle infrastructure and to review proposed plans prior to installing Bicycle Lanes in the City of Pittsburgh.
? 179F.02 - ADVISORY BOARD MEMBERSHIP
(a) The Advisory Board shall consist of a maximum of ten (10) thirteen (13) members, with a majority of the members of the Board must being residents of the City of Pittsburgh.
(b) The members of the Advisory Board shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council and shall include the following:
City of Pittsburgh Director of Mobility and Infrastructure
City of Pittsburgh Bike Pedestrian Coordinator
Rep from the City County Task Force on Disabilities
Bike Pittsburgh representative
City of Pittsburgh Director of Planning or designee
City of Pittsburgh Director of Public Works or designee
Rep from City of Pittsburgh Bureau of Police
Director of Parking Authority of or designee
Rep from Port Authority
Two (2) Representatives of from the business community
Two (2) Representatives from Bicycle Advocacy Organizations
(c) two (2) One (1) additional member may be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council
