WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of this Jabok Way - terminus 45' eastwardly in the 22nd Ward, 1st Council District of the City of Pittsburgh have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the City from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by any persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1.
Vacating a portion of Jabok Way Jabok Way 45' eastwardly to its terminus, as described:
All that certain portion of Jabok Way, 15 feet wide, formerly known as Daisy Way situate in the 22nd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bound and described as follows:
Beginning at a point at the southerly right of way of Jabok Way, thence from said point of beginning North 12?13'35" West a distance of 15.00' thru Jabok Way to a point on the northerly right of way line of Jabok Way, said point being on the line dividing Block 5 Lot 26 and Lot 27 in the said Denny Estates Plan; thence by said right of way North 77?46'25" East a distance of 44.88' to a point at a vacated portion of Jabok Way being vacated in Ordinance Book 54 Page 545 dated January 31st 1947; thence by the line of said vacation South 12?33'51" East a distance of 15.00' to a point on the southerly right of way line of Jabok Way; thence by said right of way South 77?46'25" West a distance of 44.97' to the point of beginning, in the 22nd Ward, 1st Coun...
