Stepusin, DVM d/b/a Affordable Care Veterinary Clinic, Inc ("Stepusin") to provide licensed veterinary services to the City's Bureau of Animal Care & Control at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Five-Hundred Sixty-Eight Dollars and Ten Cents ($125,568.10).

Body
WHEREAS, the City and Stepusin entered into a two-year Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement") as authorized by Council Resolution No. 13 of 2015 to provide services including but not limited to the consistent supply and proper disposal of all drugs, needles, and syringes necessary for the humane euthanasia of wild animals at a cost note to exceed One Hundred Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Four Dollars and Forty-Eight Cents ($100,454.48), and expiring December 31, 2016.

WHEREAS, the City now seeks to amend its Agreement with Stepusin in order to extend the term thereof until June 30, 2016 in order that the City may continue to receive animal care services and supplies in regard to the City's wildlife management program.

WHEREAS, the parties seek to add Twenty-Five Thousand One-Hundred Thirteen Dollars and Sixty-Two Cents ($25,113.62) in compensation for the additional six months of services extending from January 1, 2017 until June 30, 2017 such that the Agreement's overall compensation payable to Stepusin shall not exceed $125,568.10.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended agreement or agreements with a vendor John R.
