Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized, pursuant to City of Pittsburgh Resolution No. 797, effective December 18, 2015, and directed on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a five-year Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Taser International, Inc. to provide body-worn cameras plus additional related goods and services at a cost not to exceed One Million Five Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Nine Dollars and Zero Cents $1,528,209.00.
