Tissenbaum, M.D. and Stephen Thomas, M.D., related to the trials of Lili Josephson and Catherine Lobaugh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a payment in the total sum of Six Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Dollars ($6,320.00) in favor of Tucker Independent Medical Experts, Inc. for professional services of Alan H. Tissenbaum, M.D. and Stephen Thomas, M.D., regarding Josephson v. City of Pittsburgh, Case Number G.D. 15-002137 and Lobaugh v. City of Pittsburgh, Case Number G.D. 14-011820 for use at trial, charging same to 11101.53.53513.108000.2016. Item Number 522700.
