Be it resolved by the Council of the City Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) in favor of Tucker Independent Medical Experts, Inc. for professional services regarding Josephson v. City of Pittsburgh, Case Number G.D. 15-002137, for the video deposition for use at trial of Alan H. Tissenbaum, M.D., charging same to 11101.53.53513.108000.2016.  Item Number 522700.
