Be it resolved by the Council of the City Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Robyn M. Kitt, c/o George R. Farneth, Farneth Tomosovich, LLC, 437 Grant Street, Suite 1000, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($10,000.00), in Full and Final Settlement of an action filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania filed at 2:15-cv-00225, and charge the same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2016, Item number 582200.
