Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 673 of 2014 is hereby amended as follows
Within the area bounded by: Alder Street, from Carron Way to Emerson Street and from South Highland Avenue to Lamont Place, and the north block face to Spahr Street; Emerson Street, from Ellsworth Avenue to Kentucky Avenue; Yardly Way, from Alder Street to Ellsworth Avenue; South Highland Avenue Bridge; and Swope Street, from Ellsworth Avenue to its end; Lamont Place, from Alder Street to Elwood Street; Lehigh Avenue, from Ellsworth Avenue to Elwood Street; Stratton Lane, from Walnut Street to Howe Street; Kentucky Avenue, from Emerson Street to Shady Avenue Kentucky Avenue, from College Avenue to Shady Avenue; Howe Street, from College Avenue to Denniston Street; and all corner properties.
