Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00) in favor of Environmental Air, Inc., releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from all liability arising from any and all claims in the civil action filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at G.D. 11-013611 for alleged damage to property, charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2016.  Item Number 582200.
