Resolution further amending Resolution 631 of 2015 authorizing the Mayor, City Solicitor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Campbell, Durrant, Beatty, Palombo and Miller, P.C. to provide legal services and expert advice relating to litigation by increasing the total cost from One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) to One Hundred Eight Thousand One Hundred Seventy Five Dollars and Sixty Nine Cents ($108,175.69).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution 631 of 2015 as amended by Resolution 19 of 2016, is hereby further amended as follows:
The Mayor, City Solicitor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget are authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Campbell, Durrant, Beatty, Palombo and Miller, P.C. to provide professional legal and expert advice related to litigation in the amount of One Hundred Eight Thousand One Hundred Seventy Five Dollars and Sixty Nine Cents ($108,175.69) chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
$50,000 from 11101.53.53517.102200.2015
$58,175.69 from 11101.53.53517.102200.2016
Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
