Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Department of City Planning on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with contractors and/or vendors for the operational and administrative costs associated with the Americans with Disabilities Act program, and related costs, in the amount not to exceed $40,000. Chargeable and payable to the following account:
