Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Section 1 of Resolution No. 281 of 2016, which presently reads as follows:

 

The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Agreement with MAYA Design for graphic design, branding, and application support for the City’s Smart City Challenge grant application to the US Department of Transportation for a sum not to exceed Twenty Five Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($25,500.00) from Smart City Concept Development and Planning grant fund in the Grants Trust Fund.

 

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

 

$25,500.00 from Account Number 4029400180.53901, Item Number 1156

Said Contract or Agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.

 

Is hereby amended to read as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Agreement with MAYA Design for graphic design, branding, and application support for the City’s Smart City Challenge grant application to the US Department of Transportation for a sum not to exceed Thirty Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($30,500.00) from Smart City Concept Development and Planning grant fund in the Grants Trust Fund.

 

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

 

$30,500.00  from Account Number 0229400180.53901, Item Number 1156

Said Contract or Agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
