Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Human Relations Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional service Agreement/Agreements, in the form approved by the City Solicitor with Jeffrey Ruder, Esq. for legal services regarding the enforcement of City Code Chapter 659.03 Unlawful Housing Practices, enforced by the Commission, in an amount not to exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), chargeable and payable from JD Edwards account 1050263000.53.53517.00.
