Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Human Relations Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional service Agreement/Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a vendor to provide marketing and graphic design services to improve the Commission’s education and outreach initiatives, in an amount not to exceed Twenty-Four Thousand Dollars ($24,000.00), chargeable and payable from the following accounts:
