Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of Public Works to enter into a reimbursement agreement to receive grant funding from the South Side Slopes Neighborhood Association for repairs to a section of Oakley Way steps and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the South Side Slopes Neighborhood Association in order to receive a grant of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) for repairs to a section of Oakley Way steps in the City. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400173.48311.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts and not to exceed One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) dollars for repairs to a section of Oakley Way steps, under the terms of the agreement between the City and the South Side Slopes Neighborhood Association chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400173.53901.00.
