Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts with Corporate Cost Control for third party administration of the City of Pittsburgh's liabilities under the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Act at a cost not to exceed $20,800.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts with Corporate Cost Control for third party administration of the City of Pittsburgh's liabilities under the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Act, in a form authorized by the City Solicitor in order to provide compensation in the amount of Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars chargeable to and payable from the following Account Codes:
2016: $5,200.00 from 11101.109000.52.52205.2016, Item #1628
2017: $5,200.00 from 11101.109000.52.52205.2017, Item #1628
2018: $5,200.00 from 11101.109000.52.52205.2018, Item #1628
2019: $5,200.00 from 11101.109000.52.52205.2019, Item #1628
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget year from the following chart account:

Section 3. The Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission shall schedule bi-monthly briefings through the Council Budget Office to ensure that members and staff are up-to-date on the progress of implementation of the service agreement.
