Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $3,950.00, in favor of Racqual Tamesha Williams, 2917 Stafford Street, Pittsburgh, PA  15204 for damage to her vehicle from a City of Pittsburgh police vehicle backing into her on Citadel Street on January 17, 2016, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2016. Item No. 582200.
