Title

Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with Coro Pittsburgh for the purpose of obtaining a Fellow to work with Personnel and Civil Service staff on strategic projects and research; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof not to exceed $15,000.00 over three years, subject to appropriation.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts with Coro Pittsburgh.

Said contract shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such terms and conditions as said Solicitor may require. The total amount shall not exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Account Code: 11101.53.53901.109000 Item # 1156.

Section 2.       The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget year from the following chart account:
