Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh to convey [Urban Redevelopment Authority to acquire] all of its Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the Publicly-Owned Property in the 13th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 125-M, Lots 285, 329, 330, 331, 332, 336, 337, 338, 352, 353, 354, 356, 356A, 357, 358, 359, 360, 361 and Block 125-S, Lots 22, 26, 27, 28, 35, 63, 65, 68, 73, 78-0-1, and 89 to the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (Council District No. 9 - Site Assemblage for Future Development - Hamilton Avenue, Formosa Way and Susquehanna Street).

Whereas, the City of Pittsburgh [Urban Redevelopment Authority] desires to [acquire] convey all of [the] its right, title and interest, if any, in and to publicly-owned property known as Block 125-M, Lots 285, 329, 330, 331, 332, 336, 337, 338, 352, 353, 354, 356, 356A, 357, 358, 359, 360, 361 and Block 125-S, Lots 22, 26, 27, 28, 35, 63, 65, 68, 73, 78-0-1, and 89 to the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in the 13th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, for the sum of $1.00 plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition.
Whereas, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh desires to give approval to the [acquisition] conveyance [by] to the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh.
Be It Resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Pittsburgh [Urban Redevelopment Authority] is hereby authorized to [acquire] convey, for the sum of $1.00 plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition, all of the City's right, title and interest, if any, in and to publicly-owned property known as Block 125-M, Lots 285, 329, 330, 331, 332, 336, 337, 338, 352, 353, 354, 356, 356A, 357, 358, 359, 360, 361 and Block 125-S, Lots 22, 26, 27, 28, 35, 63, 65, 68, 73, 78-0-1, and 89, in the 13th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh to the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh.
Section 2. That the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is authorized to incur said necessary and incidental expenses in connection with said [acquisition] conveyance.
