Resolution amending RES No. 63 of 2016 authorizing providing for an Agreement or Agreements, Lease(s) and/or License Agreement(s) for the use of certain property for senior facilities for the provision of center services to seniors in an amount not to exceed Sixty Five Thousand, Four Hundred Dollars ($65,400.00), Seventy Thousand, Seven Hundred and Eight Dollars (70,708.00), chargeable to and payable from the Seniors Community Program Trust Fund in the Department of Parks and Recreation.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, Lease(s) and/or License Agreement(s) for the purposes of senior centers and shall include provisions for accessibility improvements, if needed to insure access for people with disabilities and may include custodial and maintenance services or provisions of center services to seniors. Said Agreement or Agreements, Lease(s) and/or License Agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such other terms and conditions as required.
The cost of this Agreement or Agreements, Lease(s) and/or License Agreement(s) shall not exceed Sixty Five Thousand, Four Hundred ($65,400.00) Dollars, Seventy Thousand, Seven Hundred and Eight Dollars (70,708.00) chargeable to and payable from the Seniors Community Program Trust Fund, Account 56151, 5000285000.50000.2016, Item number 1360, in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
These facilities/programs consist of, but are not limited to the following locations:
Boys & Girls Club Lawrenceville Senior Center
Smith & Bowen West End Senior Center
