Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The City of Pittsburgh (“City”) is hereby authorized, through its appropriate officers and officials, to execute such documents and deeds, in form approved by the City Solicitor, and take all steps legally required to purchase the following described property in lieu of condemnation/eminent domain.

Section 2. The City of Pittsburgh (“City”) is hereby further authorized to enter into an Agreement(s) or Contract(s) and/or utilize existing Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s), in form approved by the City Solicitor, for any or all services and/or goods to make all legitimate expenditures for goods and/or services required to effect the purchase outlined in Section 1 of this resolution. That Agreement or Agreements or Contract or Contracts for expenditures will not exceed $75,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following:
Bridge Repairs (BOND) line item, 2016 DELIVERABLE:
Acquisition & Removal of the Arcata Street Bridge $75,000.00
