Resolution vacating a portion of a 20’ Unnamed Way at Nimick Place in the 13th Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of this 20’ Unnamed Way at Nimick Place in the 13th Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the City from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by any persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Vacating a portion of a 20' foot Unnamed Way, between Allegheny County Lot and Block Parcels 232-A-176 and 232-A-242 for a distance of sixty feet (60') at Nimick Place southwardly by twenty feet (20’) in width, containing twelve hundred (1,200) square feet, adjacent to lots 145, 146, 167 and 168 as set out in the Nimick Terrace Warmcastle’s Plan of Lots, recorded in Allegheny County Plan Book Volume 13, Page 74; thence beginning at a point sixty feet (60') southwardly from Nimick Place for a distance of one hundred twenty feet (120') by ten feet (10') in width adjacent to 232-A- 245 on the easterly side of this Unnamed Way containing twelve hundred (1,200) square feet; adjacent to lots 163,164,165,166 as set out in the Nimick Terrace Warmcastle's Plan of Lots, recorded in Allegheny County Plan Book Volume 13, Page 74, Plan of Lots 1423; in the 13th Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh as described above shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
