Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance are authorized to enter into a contract or agreement, or use of existing contract or agreement with a vendor for the purpose of subscribing to a cloud based property profiling service for the purpose of improving tracking and organization of City-owned properties; said contract or agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor, in a cost not to exceed one hundred and one thousand forty five dollars and thirty six cents ($101,045.36) for a period beginning August 1^st 2016 and ending July 31^st 2018 chargeable to and payable from:
