Whereas, the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at Harvard University has approved a grant to the City of Pittsburgh for one fully funded Civic Analyst Fellow for one year.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Chief of Innovation and Performance are hereby authorized to enter into a Grant Agreement with Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation to receive one fully funded Civic Analyst Fellow for one year. The Grant Agreement includes no funding.
