TITLE

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a License Agreement or Agreements with The Kingsley Association for the use of The Kingsley Center Pool by City residents; and shall be at a cost not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($15,000.00).

BODY

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Authorizing the Mayor and the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a License Agreement or Agreements with The Kingsley Association for the use of The Kingsley Center Pool by City residents; and shall be at a cost not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($15,000.00) to be paid from the 2016 operating budget line item 11101.53.53101.102200.2016.

The License Agreement(s) shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
