Resolution vacating a portion of Chesney Way at Centre Avenue southerly in the 4th Ward, 8th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Chesney Way at Centre Avenue southerly in the 4th Ward, 8th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the City from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by any persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. All that certain 0.051 acres, being a portion of Chesney Way, 20' right of way to be vacated, situate in the 4th Ward, City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING AT A POINT on the southerly right of way line of Centre Avenue, 60' wide, said point also being the northwest corner of property of now or formerly The Public Parking Authority of Pittsburgh, said point also being the northwest corner of Lot 16 of Mrs. Isabel W.C. Comingo's Plan of Fulton Place, recorded in Plan Book Volume 8, Page 136 in the Department of Real Estate Office of Allegheny County; thence along the westerly line of Lot 16 and Lot 15 of the aforesaid Mrs. Isabel W.C. Comingo's Plan of Fulton Place South 25?16'19" East, 109.57' to a point; thence through the right of way of Chesney Way, 20' wide, South 64?43'41" West, 20.00' to a point on the easterly line of property of now or formerly CD/Park7 Pittsburgh Owner, LLC; thence along the easterly line of property of now or formerly CD/Park7 Pittsburgh Owner, LLC North 25?16'1...
