Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Curtin & Heefner, LLP, for professional legal services and expert advice regarding Building Owners and Managers litigation in an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars and No Cents, charging same to 11101.53.53517.108000.2016, Item No. 526145.
