Resolution granting unto the Asian Noodle Bar, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, an ADA compliant handicap ramp, handrails and a landing at 3531 Forbes Avenue in the 4th Ward, Council District 3of the City of Pittsburgh, USA.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That the Asian Noodle Bar, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense,
1. A 16' long concrete ADA accessible ramp that meets a 5'0 1/8"x8'11 1/2" concrete landing with 36" high steel handrails on either side ramp, one of which extends across the south side of the landing, along the Forbes Avenue sidewalk extending over the property line for a maximum of 3' of sidewalk area; leaving 6'9" of pedestrian walk space at 3531 Forbes Avenue in the 4th Ward, Council District 3of the City of Pittsburgh, USA.
The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plans on file in the Americans with Disabilities Act Office, Department of City Planning.
Section 2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the ADA Coordinator of the City of Pittsburgh for further review by Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction. Said plans and said construction shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Director of the Department of Public Works.
Section 3. The encroachment herein granted shall be subject and subordinate to the rights of the City of Pittsburgh and its powers and supervision over City streets, and also to Resolutions of the City of Pittsburgh relating thereto, and to the provisions of any general Resolutions which have been or may be hereafter passed relating ...
