Title
Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Chief of the Bureau of Police on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with McGann & Chester, LLC for the provision of towing and storage services. Under terms of said Agreement(s) the City shall be responsible for reimbursing McGann & Chester, LLC for tows that are later exonerated by a court and/or the Chief of the Bureau of Police.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Chief of the Bureau of Police are hereby authorized on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with McGann & Chester, LLC for the provision of towing and storage services. Under the terms of said Agreement(s), City shall be responsible for reimbursing McGann & Chester, LLC for tows that are later exonerated by a court and/or the Chief of the Bureau of Police. Accordingly, any such reimbursements shall be drawn from the following JDE account code in 2016;

For any future budget years covered by the terms of said Agreement(s), the account used for funding these reimbursements shall be the same except for the portion thereof indicating the pertinent budget year shall be adjusted accordingly to match the corresponding calendar year.
Said Agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
