Resolution amending Resolution 468, effective July 16, 2015, Resolution providing for the filing of a Community Development statement by the City of Pittsburgh with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a grant in connection with the 2014 Community Development Block Grant Program; providing for the execution of grant contracts and for the filing of other data providing for required assurances; providing for execution of payment vouchers on letter of credit and for certification of authorized signature; the deposit of the funds in a bank account and providing for the payment of expenses within categories, so as to reprogram funds within City Council and the Mayor's Office from: City Council: "Hilltop Alliance(for Beltzhoover Civic Association)" (-$2,500.00) and "South Side Sabers - Youth Football" (-$2,500.00); and transfer these funds to "Hilltop Alliance" (+$2,500.00) and "Pittsburgh Community Reinvestment Group" (+$2,500.00); Mayor's Office: "Beltzhoover Civic Association" (-$2,035.73); and transfer these funds to "Hilltop Alliance" (+2,035.73).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 468, effective July 16, 2015, which presently reads as follows:
The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to designate, for use by the City Controller, the following program categories for the 2014 Community Development Block Grant Program.
City Council 940,000.00
City Planning 2,220,000.00
Human Relations Commission 35,000.00
Mayor's Office 540,000.00
Parks & Recreation 1,300,000.00
Equal Opportunity Review Commission 30,000.00
Personnel & Civil Service 950,000.00
Public Safety 300,000.00
Public Works 3,490,764.00
Urban Redevelopment Authority 3,200,000.00
TOTAL 13,005,764.00
