Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the amount of $2,685.69 to Chaffin Luhana, LLP, FBO Faron Hill, 3054 Pennsylvania Avenue, Weirton WV  26062, in settlement of a First Party Medical Benefits claim of Faron Hill, from a motor vehicle accident on January 6, 2014, while being transported by a City of Pittsburgh EMS Medic Unit, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2016.  Item No. 582200.
