Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $2,800.00 warrant in favor of Anthony Cosnotti, 3946 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15224, in settlement of a claim for reimbursement for sidewalk damage from city tree roots at 3946 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15224, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2016.  Item No. 582200.
