Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor, the Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to accept a deed from Erick Ragni conveying vacant land in the 20th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh to become part of Elliott Greenway.

The property is described as follows:

ALL THAT CERTAIN LOTS or pieces of ground situate in the 20th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being Lots Nos. 135, 136, and 137 in Robert Robb's Plan of Lots filled in the Office of the Engineers of the City of Pittsburgh in Plan Book Volume 4, page 236 (copy of which is attached hereto and made part of), which Lots are a portion of a large undivided lot marked "House Lot John Elliott" in the Robert Robb's Plan recorded in the Recorder's Office of Allegheny County in Plan Book Volume 6, page 61. Said Lots are also bounded and described as follows, to-wit:

SAID LOT No. 135 beginning on the Westerly side of a 30 foot street at the corner of Lot No. 136 (formerly belonging to George K. Flowers), running thence South 85 16 ' West along said street, 83 feet to Lot No. 134; thence along the line of said Lot No. 134 about 133 feet to Lot No. 141; thence along the line of the end of Lots 141, 140, 139, 138, 137 and 136, a distance of 159 feet to the place of beginning.

SAID LOTS NOS. 136 and 137 beginning on the Westerly side of a 30 foot street at the corner of Lot No. 135; thence along the line of same 63 feet to Lot No. 138; thence by the line of same about 180 feet towards the Ohio River into another street, 30 feet wide, now called Corfu Street; thence along the same, South 26...
