Resolution adopting Plan Revision to the City of Pittsburgh's Official Sewage Facilities Plan for Workingmen's Square at East Ohio Street from Madison Ave to Chestnut Street, 23rd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania 15212.

WHEREAS, SECTION 5 of the Act of January 24, 1966, P.L. 1535, No. 537, known as the "Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act," as amended, and the rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (the "Department") adopted thereunder, Chapter 71 of Title 25 of the Pennsylvania Code, requires the City of Pittsburgh to adopt an Official Sewage Facilities Plan (the "Official Plan") providing for sewage services adequate to prevent contamination of waters of the Commonwealth and/or environmental health hazards from sewage wastes, and to revise said plan whenever it is necessary to determine whether a proposed method of sewage disposal for a new development conforms to a comprehensive program of pollution control and water quality management; and
WHEREAS, October Development and Construction, Inc. has proposed the development of a certain parcel of land identified Workingmen's Square at East Ohio Street from Madison Ave to Chestnut Street, lot and block 24-N-43, 24-N-43A, 24-N-44, 24-N-45, 24-N-46, 24-N-48, 24-N-49, 24-N-50, 24-N-51, 24-N-52, 24-N-53, 24-N-54, 24-N-55, 24-N-56-A, 24-N-58, 24-N-58A, 24-N-142, 24-N-145, 24-N-146, 24-N-147, 24-N-148, 24-N-149, 24-N-150, 24-N-151, 24-N-152, 24-N-153, 24-N-154, 24-N-155, 24-N-156, 24-N-157, 24-N-158, 24-N-159, 24-N-160, 24-N-161, 24-P-1, 24-P-8, and 24-P-9, in the 23rd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and described in the attached Sewage Facilities Planning Module (the "Planning Module") for land development and proposes that project be served by a sewer tap-in to the City of Pittsburgh sewage systems; and
