Title

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to complete a traffic study regarding the re-connecting of Foster Street near the 40^th Street Bridge in Lawrenceville. 

Cost not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00).
