Resolution amending Resolution No. 678 of 2013, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety and the Chief of Police to enter into contract(s) and/or agreement(s) with SST, Incorporated for the purpose of installing gunshot-detection hardware and software in the City of Pittsburgh," by increasing the authorized amount from $194,000 to Three Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($329,000.00) and providing for additional contract and account information.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1 of Resolution No. 312 of 2013, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety and the Chief of Police to enter into contract(s) and/or agreement(s) with SST, Incorporated for the purpose of installing gunshot-detection hardware and software in the City of Pittsburgh" and as amended by Resolution No. 678 of 2013, is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, Chief of Innovation & Performance, Director of Public Safety, and the Chief of Police are hereby authorized to enter into contract(s) and/or agreements with SST, Incorporated for the purpose of installing gunshot-detection hardware and software in the City of Pittsburgh. The overall cost of said contract(s) and/or agreement(s) shall not exceed Three Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($329,000.00) and shall be payable from the following accounts for the corresponding years indicated:

Said contract(s) or agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
