Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred Six Dollars and Ten Cents ($3,306.10) to William J. Miller, Jr., Esq., 106 Rampart Lane, Ligonier, PA 15658 for arbitration services provided for the City of Pittsburgh/Fraternal Order of Police, Ft. Pitt Lodge No. 1 for Four (4) Grievances (Secondary Employment Dispute) and charging same to 11101.53.53513.108000.2016.
