Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Two Thousand Fifty-Eight Dollars and Sixty-Five Cents ($2,058.65) to AKF Reporters, Inc., 436 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 for transcription services provided for various litigation matters and charging same to 11101.53.53513.108000.2016.
