Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to apply for a grant and execute relevant agreements with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources in order to receive an award of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the Pittsburgh Greenways Toolbox in the City. In the event the grant is awarded, the Grant Agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies shall be deposited into an account the Grants Trust Fund: 1129400176.45505.00

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized, in the event that said grant agreement is awarded to the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor and not to exceed fifty thousand ($50,000) dollars, for the Pittsburgh Greenways Toolbox in the City under the terms of the agreement between the City and the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Said agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, or expenditures shall not exceed fifty thousand ($50,000) dollars chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund Account: 1129400176.50000.00 after DCNR submits an executed award to the City of Pittsburgh....
