Resolution amending Resolution 631 of 2015 authorizing the Mayor, City Solicitor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Campbell, Durrant, Beatty, Palombo and Miller, P.C. to provide legal services and expert advice related to litigation by increasing the total cost from Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 631 of 2015 which reads as follows:
The Mayor, City Solicitor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget are authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Campbell, Durrant, Beatty, Palombo and Miller, P.C. to provide professional legal services and expert advice related to litigation in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) chargeable to and payable from 11101.53.53517.102200.2015
Is hereby amended to read as follows:
The Mayor, City Solicitor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget are authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Campbell, Durrant, Beatty, Palombo and Miller, P.C. to provide professional legal services and expert advice related to litigation in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
$50,000 from 11101.53.53517.102200.2015
$50,000 from 11101.53.53517.102200.2016
