Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1: The Mayor and the Director of the Human Relations Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional service Agreement/Agreements, in the form approved by the City Solicitor with a vendor to provide legal counsel, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00, chargeable and payable from the following account:
